Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve CER business processes by analyzing current procedures to identify inefficiencies and risks, gathering requirements, and creating formal work plans to implement solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the main contact for maintaining CER's business policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct process and data audits ensuring adherence to tariff regulations using various databases, producing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support development, testing, and deployment of new CER programs, services, and tools.
  • Prepare and coordinate routine and ad-hoc data reports as required.
  • Participate in company emergency response activities as assigned, including preparatory measures.

Qualifications

Education and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, preferably holding Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
  • Proficient understanding of business/data analysis, process and project management, and change management.
  • Experience working with databases, simulation models, and tracking systems.
  • Strong skills using MS Access, Excel, Business Intelligence tools, Artificial Intelligence applications, and collaboration software.
  • Good knowledge of personal computing and analytical platforms.
  • Experience with CER operational processes is highly advantageous.
