Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will independently collaborate with the programme team to execute business analysis activities and produce outputs across various complex projects and programmes. They will work under predefined methodologies and support implementations aligned with business goals.

Key Duties and Deliverables

• Accountable for specific Business Analysis tasks within a project, programme, or workstream, influencing effective delivery outcomes.
• Document and verify business goals and objectives driving projects or programmes.
• Support execution of agreed analytical methods, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Provide specialized analysis expertise to create necessary deliverables.
• Interact with Product and Business owners along with stakeholders from multiple sectors to identify business needs and gather requirements.
• Analyze complex high-level and detailed requirements thoroughly.
• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation using appropriate modeling techniques.
• Manage requirements lifecycle to control scope and ensure traceability of implemented solutions.
• Assess financial, cultural, technological, organizational, and environmental impacts relevant to changes within projects or programmes.
• Plan and conduct business analysis workshops, both face-to-face and virtually using suitable tools.
• Lead process design, re-engineering, and modeling in partnership with operational and transition teams supporting rollout.
• Collaborate with solution providers such as IT and Operations to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted business results.
