Job Responsibilities
- Meet the branch's business targets covering value, productivity, and volume metrics.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting CASA, assets, third-party products such as mutual funds, life insurance, and general insurance via diverse banking channels.
- Lead and mentor sales and operations teams effectively.
- Ensure year-over-year achievement of fee and non-fee income product goals.
- Improve standards in service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee full branch administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Boost overall product sales through expanding the product basket.
- Maintain high-quality standards across service delivery and other key performance areas.
- Manage branch personnel productivity and morale consistently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess at least a graduation degree; postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrate relevant experience in team management and comprehensive banking knowledge.
- Have proven expertise in branch management or a bank manager role.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, mentoring capability, and excellent organizational aptitude.
- Be familiar with banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Show a result-oriented mindset with customer-centric focus and the ability to achieve assigned targets.
- Knowledge of modern management methodologies and best business practices is a plus.
- Age must be below 41 years.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Branch Manager is required.
