Position Overview
The Branch Manager for UltraTech Cement in Dehradun will focus on expanding the market presence within the designated geographic territory by spotting new business opportunities and managing channel partnerships effectively. This role requires maintaining strong relations with contractors, architects, engineers, builders, and developers while controlling competition and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential business opportunities in assigned areas.
- Appoint and manage stockists, ADs, and DDs within the territory, ensuring clear roles without channel conflicts.
- Regularly monitor daily sales targets and collection figures, taking action to meet monthly goals within stipulated timelines.
- Keep a vigilant eye on competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with top-tier contractors, architects, and engineers to boost business outreach.
- Provide direct support to the sales team by visiting sites where challenges arise and offering guidance.
- Drive significant business volume through engagements with key projects such as hotels, hospitals, residential, and commercial developments.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers across all cities in the region.
- Monitor and mentor team members to ensure optimal productivity and efficient time management.
- Organize brand promotional initiatives including retailer meetings, architect sessions, associate meet-ups, and influencer gatherings.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence in Uttarakhand, India. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations aimed at market growth and competitive positioning in the region.
