Job Responsibilities
As a bartender, you will play a key role in crafting innovative and artistically inspired beverages, utilizing premium local ingredients and embracing regional traditions. Your responsibilities include providing a high standard of guest service by preparing and serving drinks quickly and efficiently, ensuring the bar area is professionally maintained and arranged at all times, and adhering strictly to the Beverage Department's Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual. Presenting yourself and the bar environment with quality, cleanliness, and a courteous approach is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Diploma in Hospitality.
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
