Key responsibilities
- Make coffee, beverages, and food items in line with company quality standards.
- Offer warm, professional customer service and contribute to a welcoming shop atmosphere.
- Suggest products, encourage add-on purchases, and work toward personal and store sales goals.
- Support retail revenue by recommending items and engaging customers effectively.
- Handle customer payments and transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Keep the outlet clean, follow food safety practices, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Help with inventory replenishment and routine store operations.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to retail, café, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales work is preferred.
- Strong skills in customer service and selling are important.
- Good verbal communication and the ability to work well with others are needed.
- Must be comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
