Job Overview
We are urgently seeking candidates for a computer operations role based in Bankura Town. This is a full-time, in-house back office position where you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the functioning of computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Maintain daily operational updates and monitor system performance.
- Manage and update the customer database regularly.
- Record and process customer complaints on a daily basis.
- Enforce security protocols to safeguard computer systems and sensitive data.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education required is Higher Secondary pass; graduates and above are also eligible.
- Competent in office operations and customer management.
Working Conditions
- Work duration is 8 hours per day.
- Sunday is a fixed holiday.
- Work location is Bankura Town.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges between 10,000 and 12,000 INR.
