Job description
Job Overview
As an Audit Associate with Condley and Company, you will gain hands-on experience from day one by collaborating closely with your engagement team on a variety of client projects. This role involves deepening your understanding of public accounting processes and contributing meaningful insights that benefit our diverse clientele and their businesses.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on complex client audits.
- Apply a risk-based audit approach throughout the full cycle from planning to report delivery.
- Communicate effectively and provide timely problem-solving solutions.
- Meet charge hour targets while ensuring high-quality and accurate audit work.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and other assurance tools.
- Engage independently under general supervision to support audit efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant accounting coursework completed.
- Solid foundational knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of working time to client sites, with limited overnight stays.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
