Role Overview
The Associate Director, Enterprise Risk & Operations Intelligence, is a senior leadership position within Corporate Security. This role is accountable for developing and overseeing the enterprise-wide risk intelligence function that advances organizational insight into threats posed to personnel, operations, and assets at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and standardize intelligence lifecycle procedures, covering collection, analysis, quality validation, dissemination, and feedback incorporation.
- Develop and uphold enterprise-wide intelligence standards concerning report formats, confidence metrics, source expectations, and analytic rigor.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance frameworks to guarantee intelligence outputs are accurate, coherent, and relevant for decision making.
- Lead strategic evaluations and long-term forecasting of risks related to geopolitical dynamics, regional instabilities, social movements, and civil unrest.
- Create and manage the governance structure for enterprise risk intelligence, defining decision authorities, accountability, and oversight mechanisms.
- Facilitate scalable situational awareness solutions, including geographic, regional, and site-specific risk evaluations.
- Supervise continuous 24/7 global intelligence operations, ensuring prompt situational reports, updates, and high-level alerts during incidents.
- Design and execute the enterprise intelligence capability roadmap identifying gaps and future requirements.
- Ensure integration of risk intelligence outputs with other security functions such as Protective Intelligence, Crisis Management, and Enterprise Security Operations.
- Communicate enterprise risk trends and strategic intelligence insights to senior executives through briefings and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive, proven experience in intelligence analysis, executive risk management, or related roles within both private and public sectors.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed global organizations and foster cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience working at enterprise governance and strategy levels beyond operational or program management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering intelligence products targeted at senior leadership.
- Effective leadership presence in communications, including briefings, presentations, and written summaries.
- Exceptional analytical skills with talent for synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- High discretion and integrity in managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience using intelligence analysis tools, threat assessment methods, and protective security technologies.
