Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the smooth operation of the food and beverage department, ensuring all guest service experiences meet top quality standards.
• Contribute collaboratively within a team to maximize comfort and satisfaction for guests, responding promptly and positively to inquiries.
• Assume responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring tasks are completed professionally and timely.
• Support achievement of departmental objectives and hotel initiatives.
• Work closely with supervisors to manage costs, control inventory and ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
• Foster effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal standards by planning, documenting, and following through on due diligence and audit requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive and practical work attitude with a strong willingness to contribute.
• Dedication to outstanding guest service and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Capability to solve problems creatively while taking ownership of responsibilities.
• High personal integrity with commitment to maintaining excellence.
• Competence in handling various IT systems and platforms.
