As an Assembly Operator in our Medical Assembly team based in Singapore, you will play a vital role in producing advanced microscopes and AI-powered image analysis tools, contributing to scientific discoveries and critical surgical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex mechanical, electrical, and cable assembly tasks by adhering to specified sequences and techniques to consistently meet daily production goals, cycle times, and quality standards.
- Utilize multiple assembly skills across various products, maintaining exceptional workmanship, precise documentation, and organized workspaces.
- Identify and suggest improvements in assembly procedures, workmanship quality, and production efficiency proactively.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing environments performing assembly or build activities aligned with production targets.
- Ability to perform multi-assembly work involving at least three skill areas such as mechanical assembly, electrical installation, and cable routing.
- Proficiency in English to interpret work instructions, complete production records, and engage in daily communication.
- Preferred: Experience in high-mix or multi-product manufacturing settings and collaborating with technicians or engineers to resolve assembly issues.
