Opportunity Overview

A well-established architectural design practice based in South Dublin is looking to enhance their team by recruiting an experienced Architect or a Graduate Architect who is progressing towards professional registration. This position offers an engaging chance to contribute to a variety of projects including commercial, residential, leisure, and retail developments all within Ireland.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Actively involved in delivering architectural projects from the planning phase through to construction completion.
• Possess a thorough understanding of current Irish building regulations and BCAR compliance.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ArchiCAD software to support design and technical tasks.
• Exhibit strong technical and creative design capabilities across diverse project types.
• Effective communication and organisational skills, capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Previous on-site experience is highly advantageous, ensuring familiarity with practical aspects of construction sites.
• Membership with RIAI or RIBA or actively working towards registration is essential.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years’ post-qualification professional experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range between €45,000 and €65,000, dependent on experience.
