Role Overview

As an RPA Developer, you will identify and map business processes ripe for automation. Your key duties include configuring, testing, and supervising automated workflows to ensure seamless operations and minimize errors. Post-deployment, you will be responsible for monitoring automations and addressing any issues promptly to maintain business continuity. Process documentation will be prepared to capture successes and mistakes, facilitating continuous improvement. Upholding quality, you will perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities to prevent bugs and ensure robust automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and design business workflows suitable for automation
• Implement, test, and oversee automated processes to optimize operational efficiency
• Maintain and troubleshoot automations after deployment to ensure uninterrupted function
• Document automation procedures and outcomes to refine processes over time
• Conduct QA checks to eliminate potential defects and ensure high-quality automation

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's degree preferred
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience working with UiPath-based RPA development
• Proficiency in VBA (macro) programming
• Working knowledge of SQL and .NET technologies
• Capability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective automation designs
• Skill in configuring automations as per solution design documents
• Ability to manage multiple RPA projects simultaneously
• Perform end-to-end unit testing to ensure code quality

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving aptitude
• Experience with various automation platforms like Blue Prism and Power Automate besides UiPath
• Programming expertise in languages such as Python and .NET
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL database systems
