Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain high occupancy by skillfully leasing apartments and closing deals.
• Review applications, handle leasing documentation accurately, and verify all paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both current residents and potential renters.
• Increase resident traffic through community outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Organize resident events to foster positive relations within the community.
• Manage and create content for the property’s social media platforms to enhance engagement and visibility.
• Assist Property Manager or Leasing Manager with daily operational support tasks.
• Represent the community with a courteous and professional manner consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of proven experience leasing conventional apartments is required.
• Demonstrated strong sales and leasing capabilities with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to superior customer service.
• A positive, adaptable attitude paired with a polished and professional appearance.
• Availability to work on weekends is mandatory due to scheduling needs.
• Experience in social media management or marketing content creation is highly desirable.
• A stable employment history indicated by previous positions held.
• A valid driver’s license alongside dependable transportation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Applicants must reside within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
