APAC Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Role overview

This opportunity is with a rapidly expanding technology infrastructure company working across Asia-Pacific, focused on AI and next-generation computing. The position is designed for someone who can keep regional operations organised and efficient while gaining exposure to a broad mix of logistics, procurement, vendor coordination, and corporate operations.

What you will do

You will manage the operational flow for APAC activities, including cross-border logistics, shipment tracking, and coordination with supply chain partners. The role also involves supporting procurement activity, vendor onboarding, and a range of business operations projects.

In addition, you will handle import and export paperwork, work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and other logistics partners, and help ensure daily operational tasks are completed smoothly across the region. The role extends beyond logistics into regional corporate administration, such as regulatory filing support, maintaining corporate records, banking coordination, and communication with legal advisers and government bodies to support regional growth.

Experience sought

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, operations coordination, or regional operations, preferably from a fast-moving multinational environment. Practical exposure to freight forwarding, customs paperwork, import/export workflows, or vendor management will be a strong advantage. Experience in corporate administration, compliance, or entity management is beneficial.
