Role Overview

We are searching for a talented Airtable Builder/Designer to join our enthusiastic team committed to expanding educational access globally. This role involves designing, constructing, and maintaining Airtable solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Candidates should bring 2 to 4 years of experience in dashboard development (especially with Airtable or Salesforce) and possess skills in automation, data flow management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end Airtable products to empower internal teams in managing their workflows.
• Design and structure databases tailored to departmental needs.
• Develop automations to create dynamic database systems.
• Build user-friendly interfaces enabling seamless data interaction.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software teams to integrate Airtable systems within the broader technological infrastructure.
• Work closely with various internal stakeholders—such as leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and operations—to gather requirements and develop corresponding Airtable tools.
• Maintain data integrity, optimal database organization, and efficient information management.
• Establish and document standardized operating procedures for Airtable usage.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to ensure maximal user adoption and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Between 2 and 4 years in dashboard creation—preferably with Airtable—including data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Airtable structures, formulas, automation workflows, and user interfaces.
• Skilled in process automation and optimizing workflows.
• Proven experience collaborating across teams like product, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management abilities, excellent communication, problem-solving acumen, and troubleshooting efficiency.
• Personal traits include being self-motivated, curious, creative, proactive, results-oriented, organized, detail-focused, adaptable, collaborative, and positively minded.
• Bonus Skills: Proficiency with advanced automations using Airtable scripts, APIs, and third-party platforms such as Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, or BI tools.
• Experience with developing custom Airtable extensions and conducting advanced data analytics and business intelligence reporting.
