About the Role
Join Accenture's expanding team in Wellington to advance the future of artificial intelligence in Aotearoa New Zealand. This role is dedicated to partnering with public sector organizations to foster AI adoption, implement data-driven solutions, and innovate complex challenge responses.
Responsibilities
- Engage with public sector clients to analyze business challenges and identify AI and data-oriented opportunities.
- Collaborate in designing and delivering AI, data, and analytics solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Clarify intricate technical ideas into straightforward, business-centered insights and proposals.
- Contribute to the architecture, deployment, and adoption strategies for AI capabilities.
- Leverage Accenture’s worldwide AI, Data & Health and Public Services expertise and resources within local client engagements.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams from Digital Core and Industry & Enterprise divisions.
- Participate in business development such as crafting proposals, delivering client presentations, and producing thought leadership.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring credibility in discussions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in AI, data, and analytics domains including AI/ML, data platforms, data strategies, or analytics execution.
- Preferably experience within or collaborating closely with the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of the processes involved in AI adoption, implementation, and solution design.
- Capability to confidently interact with senior-level stakeholders and translate technical details into business advantages.
- Proven track record in delivering comprehensive data or AI projects in complex settings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with current data ecosystems such as cloud platforms, data engineering, and machine learning tools.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to substantial government transformation or program initiatives.
- Insight into the Health & Public Services sector.
- Background in pre-sales, business development, or client-facing consulting roles.
