Opportunity Overview

This position is unique and hands-on. We seek a maker: a person who enjoys creating, deconstructing, repairing, and continually experimenting. Candidates might be self-educated, hold unrelated academic degrees, or have recent experience developing bots, automations, personal projects, hardware in workshops, or small entrepreneurial ventures. Our priority is your ability to build effectively and learn swiftly rather than your formal credentials.

Role and Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with company principals to develop practical solutions, including internal tools, automations, and the technical infrastructure supporting analytical and product initiatives. Your work will encompass developing data pipelines, classification systems, dashboards, prototypes, and AI-driven products that are fundamental to our firm's strategic direction. This includes projects such as Mezzura, a lending intelligence platform, and Second Cut, our community data initiative. Your contributions will be impactful, receiving mentorship and challenges, and enabling you to deliver valuable work from the outset.

Contract Details and Progression

This is initially a contract position with a transparent pathway to full-time employment contingent on performance and demonstrated building capability.
