About the Role and Company
DSS Tradeserv is seeking to hire an Agency Development Manager based in Sirsa, India, specializing in the BFSI sector. This role focuses on growing insurance sales through agency channels by recruiting and managing a team of agency partners, agents, and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard agency partners, agents, and advisors effectively.
- Deliver training to agency members to boost their skills and sales capabilities.
- Drive insurance policy sales in collaboration with agency partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Oversee and manage a team of off-roll advisors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess at least one year of experience in field sales, irrespective of the industry.
- Candidates with a background in banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) will be given preference.
