MindFriend is a pioneering online platform devoted to making mental health education and digital well-being resources accessible to everyone. We operate on a mission-driven, barrier-free basis by providing free research-backed mental health education on social media and maintaining a completely free directory of verified clinical professionals such as Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Psychotherapists with no listing charges or paywalls.

Role Overview

To fuel our growth and ensure the ethical standards of our free clinician network, we seek Strategic and Clinical Advisory Board Members who can offer their expertise, credibility, and strategic leadership aligned with our mission.

Who Should Apply

• Executive & Governance Track: Individuals currently or previously serving as Founders, CEOs, or Board Members of similar organizations; senior figures from relevant non-governmental organizations, non-profits, or government agencies focused on public and mental health, social impact, or related fields.
• Clinical & Psychiatric Track: Licensed or registered Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Therapists, or related professionals passionate about digital health ethics, professional standards, and widening access to free mental health support.

Role Expectations and Commitments

• The role is designed with minimal operational demands, suitable for busy executives and clinicians without daily or weekly tasks.
• Participate in one to two formal advisory meetings annually to assess strategic initiatives and platform integrity.
• Occasional participation as a representative at industry conferences, community events, or sponsored gatherings.

Compensation and Benefits

• Meetings are compensated at a rate of $120 per hour.
• All necessary travel expenses, including flights, accommodation, and logistics for annual meetings or other sponsored events, are fully covered by MindFriend.
• Board members gain prominent visibility as trusted advisors on MindFriend’s website, directories, pitch materials, and branding.
