Role Overview
This part-time Administrative Assistant position, based in Berlin, offers a hybrid work model with partial remote flexibility. The role focuses on supporting daily office functions including correspondence management, scheduling, file organization, and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately while providing professional phone etiquette.
- Welcoming visitors and handling basic questions to maintain a welcoming office environment.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and supporting data entry activities for reporting.
- Assisting executive staff with calendar management, meeting preparations, and logistical coordination.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven clerical and administrative skills such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and document creation.
- Excellent communication abilities, including professional handling of phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Familiarity with office software including word processors, spreadsheets, and email clients.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Education or training in business administration or related fields considered advantageous.
- Experience supporting executive tasks and customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural setting; knowledge of basic legal or mediation practices is a bonus.
