About SAEKI
SAEKI Robotics is a Swiss startup revolutionizing component manufacturing by automating processes through integrated robotics, proprietary 3D printing technology, and deep software integration. Their vision is to establish autonomous, lights-out factories globally that drastically reduce lead times and costs for single components. SAEKI's Robotic Digital Manufacturing (RDM) microfactory simplifies the supply chain by consolidating key manufacturing steps in one machine.
Role Overview

Your focus will be ensuring machines are well-maintained, production jobs run reliably, and every part meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and prepare industrial Polymer SLS equipment for production cycles.
- Carefully handle powder materials and manage inventory with discipline.
- Perform daily, weekly, and preventive cleaning and maintenance of production machinery following established protocols.
- Post-process parts by blasting, cleaning, and finishing to required specifications.
- Conduct thorough visual quality inspections of each manufactured component, documenting findings accurately and aiding in root cause analyses of production issues.
- Maintain structured and precise documentation of production and quality data.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to continually improve manufacturing workflows.
- Engage hands-on in practical tasks including powder handling, cleaning, and part blasting.
- Assume personal responsibility for the quality and reliability of your work while contributing actively within the team.
Candidate Profile
- Meticulous attention to detail with sustained concentration over repetitive, intricate tasks.
- Technical interest and practical aptitude for machinery operation and process management.
- Preferably holding a technical vocational qualification such as industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, precision mechanic, machine operator, process mechanic, or equivalent.
- Previous industrial production experience is an advantage; experience with additive manufacturing or polymer SLS is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent German (business proficient) is required; good English skills are beneficial.
- Committed team player who self-manages responsibilities effectively.
- Based on-site at Factory ONE, Munich.
What We Seek to Avoid
- Operators who focus on passively processing parts without critical oversight.
- Individuals unwilling to participate actively in all aspects of production tasks.
- Those who become less attentive or negligent after repetitive cycles; consistent diligence is essential.

- Work location is Factory ONE in Munich.
Application Process
- Submit a CV demonstrating diligence, reliability, and accountability in your previous work.
