Key Responsibilities

• Promote adoption of AI-enhanced solutions by assisting clients through change and integrating new workflows.
• Discover opportunities to broaden solution usage across departments and business units.
• Track account status, product engagement, and customer happiness, addressing risks and support requirements proactively.
• Develop internal champions to accelerate solution uptake and foster sustained success.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, and plans in CRM systems.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and success stories to aid continuous improvement and organizational learning.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, account management, business development, or other client-facing commercial roles.
• Proven ability to maintain relationships, identify business expansion chances, and achieve measurable results.
• Strong commercial insight with a proactive, outcome-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Curiosity and quick comprehension of client operations and challenges.
