Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university.
Desirable Experience & Skills
- Prior involvement with IQAC activities within a higher education context.
- Experience conducting Academic and Administrative Audits (AAA).
- Understanding of NAAC accreditation processes, quality frameworks, and compliance documentation standards.
- Competence in preparing and maintaining AQAR, SSR, KPI, and related quality assurance documentation.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with skills in documentation, report writing, and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and academic data management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal academic audits across university departments and schools.
- Evaluate adherence to IQAC and NAAC quality standards.
- Review academic procedures, teaching-learning practices, assessment methods, and related documentation.
- Compile audit reports and propose actionable recommendations for quality improvement.
- Liaise with departments to implement corrective measures and ensure follow-up actions.
- Assist IQAC in accreditation efforts, rankings, and compliance with statutory requirements.
