About the internship
About the Internship
This internship involves regularly visiting designated sports academies, clubs, and centers within Bengaluru to cultivate and sustain strong professional bonds with academy proprietors, coaches, and management personnel. The intern will be responsible for gathering comprehensive information about upcoming sporting events, tournaments, camps, and training sessions, which will then be updated on the Sports99 platform. Additionally, the role includes verifying and keeping up-to-date academy details, schedules, and contact information, promoting the Sports99 initiatives to encourage active participation, reporting visits and insights through the assigned communication channels, and identifying new potential sports centers to onboard while reinforcing existing partnerships.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a part-time internship beginning between August 2, 2026, and September 6, 2026.
- The internship duration is three months.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and a passion for sports.
- Weekly availability of at least 20 hours is mandatory.
- Independent commute to assigned locations within Bengaluru is required.
- Open to undergraduate or postgraduate students from any academic background.
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy outdoor fieldwork.
- Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working autonomously.
- Keen familiarity with Bengaluru and willingness to travel locally.
Compensation and Benefits
The stipend ranges between INR 5,500 and INR 8,000 per month, comprising a fixed component of INR 5,000 plus incentives ranging from INR 500 to INR 3,000 monthly. Additional perks include a certificate upon completion and flexible working hours.
