Social Media Marketing Internship

About the Role

This internship opportunity is with a life coach focused on empowering women through self-development and the law of attraction. The role centers on managing and enhancing social media presence while supporting client communications and administrative duties in a dynamic, personal development environment based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media networks.
• Engage professionally with followers by responding to direct messages, comments, and other inquiries.
• Maintain communication with current and potential clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Organize bookings for coaching sessions, discovery calls, and workshops, including managing the daily calendar.
• Coordinate session reminders, rescheduling, and confirmations with clients.
• Contribute to content strategy including planning, caption writing, hashtag research, and content calendar upkeep.
• Monitor leads, keep client databases up-to-date, and manage CRM or spreadsheet tools.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks to support smooth interaction between the coach and clients.
• Collaborate with the team on podcast recordings, workshops, and social media campaigns as needed.
• Carry out additional communication and client management duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship for a 3-month period starting between August 5 and September 9, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills or a strong interest in social media marketing and client engagement.
