About the role
FarmDidi is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to support outreach and campaign execution for its brand collaborations. FarmDidi is a women-led social enterprise working to help 1 million rural women build successful food businesses, and it has been recognized by Shark Tank India, the UN, and Wharton. The organization connects rural kitchens with urban households by offering preservative-free, homemade foods made by women entrepreneurs across India.
What you will do
- Research and shortlist influencers who fit the brand’s audience and values.
- Contact creators through direct messages and email to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Help nurture long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Support the planning and rollout of influencer-led campaigns.
- Monitor campaign results and compile performance reports.
- Coordinate with creators to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Keep up with current trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Requirements
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.

Stipend
Paid internship with a monthly stipend in the range of INR 5,001 to INR 10,002. The compensation structure includes fixed pay of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per month, plus an incentive component of INR 1 to INR 2 per month.
