About the Role
CloudZapier offers an opportunity to join their Cyber Security internship where you will deepen your expertise in areas such as Python programming, computer networking, Linux operating systems, ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), and securing web applications. Working remotely, you will collaborate with knowledgeable professionals in a high-energy setting, gaining practical experience with modern cyber security tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing efforts to detect potential security weaknesses.
- Contribute to the creation and enforcement of security policies to safeguard the organization's systems and data against cyber-attacks.
- Continuously monitor network activity for unusual behavior and participate in incident response actions swiftly.
- Work with diverse teams to maintain alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of evolving cyber security trends and tools to strengthen the company's defenses.
- Assist in developing and deploying security architectures for cloud-deployed applications and services.
- Engage in security awareness programs to foster a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants need to be available for a work-from-home position and must be able to commence between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026.
- Candidates should commit to a full internship duration of 3 months.
- Relevant skills and a keen interest in cyber security are essential.
