Role Overview
TCR Group seeks a motivated Workshop Supervisor to join their Auckland workshop team, a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions supporting over 200 airports worldwide. This role involves supervising technicians, managing daily workflows, and overseeing parts inventory to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a technician team with daily briefings, task delegation, and workflow planning.
- Maintain an organized and accurate parts store by managing stock control and keeping detailed records.
- Provide support to technicians, monitor job progression, and complete administrative duties using SAP and FSM systems.
- Ensure that daily workshop operations run efficiently and effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proactive and hands-on, willing to assist wherever necessary.
- Exhibits leadership qualities either through experience or natural aptitude.
- Responsible individual able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested in pursuing long-term career growth within the company.
- Holds a relevant trade qualification such as LV, HV, or Mobile Plant Mechanic, coupled with technical proficiency.
