Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the small enterprise segment with turnover up to ₹150 Crore by leveraging market insights, references, and industry networks.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships within the existing client portfolio through regular engagement to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive credit notes for both new and current clients, assessing risks and structuring credit proposals according to bank policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal credit teams to discuss and secure approvals for credit proposals, while effectively communicating with clients to align financial solutions to their requirements.
- Maintain portfolio health by ensuring timely renewals, adherence to limits, proper documentation, and proactive monitoring of early warning indicators to uphold asset quality and reduce delinquencies.
- Leverage cross-selling opportunities across a range of products including trade finance, treasury services, cash management, insurance, and working capital solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate, SME, or micro enterprise banking sectors.
- Competence in credit analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
- Strong aptitude for relationship building and effective communication.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth while effectively managing credit risk.
