About the Role

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to create fast, secure, and SEO-optimized websites. This full-time remote position involves extensive custom development and maintaining high-quality standards for WordPress sites.

Key Responsibilities

Create responsive WordPress websites tailored to client needs.
Develop custom themes and plugins from scratch.
Modify and enhance existing WordPress themes.
Improve website loading times and crucial Core Web Vitals metrics.
Diagnose and resolve bugs and technical issues.
Design and implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX features.
Integrate various third-party APIs and plugins as required.
Maintain website security and perform regular backups.
Ensure websites are search engine optimized and performant.
Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to existing WordPress sites.

Required Skills

Extensive WordPress CMS expertise.
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with page builders like Elementor and Gutenberg, and WooCommerce.
Strong capability in custom theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with WordPress REST API implementation.
Knowledge of website migration and hosting management.
Page speed optimization techniques.
Fundamental knowledge of technical SEO.
Version control experience using Git is preferred.
Working knowledge of Cloudflare, cPanel, and hosting environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing WooCommerce-based ecommerce sites.
Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Comprehensive grasp of website security best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Additional Details

Position: WordPress Developer.
Minimum Experience: 3 years.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Location: India (100% remote work from home).
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, 5 days a week.
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month plus performance bonuses.
Immediate joining preferred; candidates able to start within a day have advantage.
