About the role
Brennan & Co, based in Sandyford, Dublin, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse operative team and help ensure stock is received, stored, handled, packed and rotated efficiently. The aim of the role is to support accurate, on-time and perfect-condition delivery for customers across the business.

The group supports supply and service needs across life sciences, healthcare, industrial and pharmacy sectors in Ireland, Europe and Asia. Key responsibilities
- Lead, encourage and support warehouse operatives so daily targets are met.
- Serve as the main contact for warehouse-related queries and provide practical coaching and guidance.
- Spot opportunities to improve productivity, accuracy, efficiency and overall warehouse performance.
- Track operational KPIs and performance measures, and introduce corrective actions where needed.
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, receiving, and stock rotation in line with company procedures.
- Plan and deliver training sessions, share best practice and help staff develop further.
- Maintain strong visibility on the warehouse floor and uphold safety, housekeeping, quality and compliance standards.
- Provide hands-on support during busy periods, operational pressure or when team members are absent.
- Work with the Head of Operations and Logistics Compliance Manager on business goals, projects and improvement work.
- Support and lead Lean and process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and remove waste.
- Carry out daily and weekly temperature checks according to agreed procedures.
- Manage monthly checklists for expiring and expired stock as assigned by the Logistics Compliance Manager.
- Take on any other reasonable duties needed by the business.
Experience and skills required
- Prior experience leading or supervising teams in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop people while building a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Experience with process improvement, efficiency projects or Lean working methods.
- Strong organisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and solid numerical ability.
- Confidence using operational data and KPIs to support improvement and business objectives.
- Good communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels.
- Comfort using warehouse management systems, barcode scanners and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, health and safety, and quality standards.
- Forklift licence is an advantage.
- Full clean driving licence is an advantage.
