Role Summary

The Warehouse Operator position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin. Key responsibilities include unloading deliveries, receiving and organizing inventory, and storing materials securely and efficiently. Daily duties involve packing orders precisely as specified, preparing goods for shipment, and handling materials using both manual and powered equipment. The operator will also be responsible for operating forklifts and various warehouse machinery per company protocols and health and safety regulations. Additional tasks involve keeping the workspace clean and orderly, performing basic inventory verifications, and assisting colleagues to achieve team targets.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude for unloading goods and general material handling.
• Proven experience in packing products and preparing shipments.
• Competency in forklift operation and use of warehouse machinery; certification is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety standards, including manual handling and safe equipment operation.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution settings is preferred.
• Capable of following directions accurately and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team collaboration and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and handle physically demanding tasks.
