Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), a leading private facility services provider in North America, is hiring full-time, permanent Warehouse Janitorial Associates to join their cleaning crew. Job Overview

As a Warehouse Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning various areas within assigned zones, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and walkways. Tasks involve sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, cleaning totes, and performing occasional deep cleaning. Compliance with safety and quality standards is essential.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Shift schedules vary between days and nights, including weekends. The starting wage is $15.68 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, indoor/outdoor break areas, and office spaces
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove waste regularly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all walkways at all times
• Clean totes and other warehouse items as required
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when necessary
• Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines
• Complete other janitorial tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 49 pounds
• Frequent walking throughout the work shift within the facility
• Capability to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hours per shift
• Read and understand safety instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents, primarily in English, with Spanish versions where mandated
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity involving foot pedals and repetitive motions
• Use of the KBSPresence mobile application for timekeeping and training; personal mobile devices required with reimbursement according to local laws
