Job Overview

Edit 5 Enterprise is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and guest-oriented Steward / Service Associate to deliver outstanding service and foster a hospitable atmosphere for every visitor.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help with seating and suggesting menu options.
• Accurately take customer orders and ensure their prompt delivery.
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Keep dining spaces, tables, and service areas clean and tidy.
• Quickly clear and reset tables after use.
• Provide support with opening and closing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Address customer questions and resolve any issues courteously.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, food safety, and service protocols.
• Assist with café operations as needed.
