Visual Merchandiser - Cork

Job Overview

This is a permanent full-time role requiring 39 hours per week, located at the H&M store in Cork. Candidates must be fully flexible in scheduling, including availability on weekends.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising standards, commercial initiatives, and styling activities as per store guidelines to improve customer experience and boost sales.
• Review sales data, maintain garment quality, and collaborate with management to identify opportunities in visual presentation and sales.
• Leverage trend analysis and competitive insights to train and empower store staff for delivering an excellent customer journey.

Team Environment

As a part of the dynamic store team comprising Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, you will collectively design an inspiring retail atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
