Key Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute photography and video productions for both internal and external communication purposes such as portraits, events, product imagery, and social media content.
- Advise internal clients on appropriate visual styles and feasibility of requests.
- Edit images including retouching and color correction in line with corporate design standards.
- Manage the company's comprehensive image archive, including metadata, licensing, and tagging.
- Maintain and technically support photo and video equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and replacement procurement.
- Create and internally stream moving image content like short videos, interviews, and corporate films, handling editing and post-production.
- Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and design teams to implement communication campaigns.
- Coordinate and organize external service providers such as freelance photographers and agencies for larger projects.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, personality rights, and data protection laws for all recordings, taking responsibility for GDPR conformity including process management and documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed training as a photographer or media designer specializing in image and sound, or equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in photo and/or video production, preferably within corporate or agency settings.
- Proficient use of standard camera and lighting technology.
- Advanced skills in image editing and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, along with a strong aesthetic sense for imagery and adherence to corporate design.
- Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication skills for interactions with various departments and external partners.
- Knowledge of GDPR management, copyright, and personality rights.
- Structured approach to project and time management for concurrent productions, including systematic planning, execution, and follow-up of photo and video shoots (briefing, shooting, post-production, approval processes).
- Strong communication skills when dealing with diverse departments, leadership, and external collaborators.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive and confidential materials.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including events outside regular working hours.
