VIP Chauffeur

Job Summary

This role is for a polished and dependable VIP Chauffeur to provide secure, comfortable, and punctual transportation for executives, clients, and guests. The position calls for someone with a strong hospitality mindset, excellent driving ability, and a consistent focus on professionalism, privacy, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive executives, clients, and guests safely to their destinations.
• Protect confidentiality and maintain a discreet, professional manner at all times.
• Choose practical routes and adjust travel plans based on traffic to reach destinations on time.
• Carry out daily checks on the vehicle and ensure it remains clean, well-kept, and roadworthy.
• Arrange and follow up on routine servicing and maintenance for the assigned vehicle.
• Help passengers with their luggage and support a smooth, comfortable journey.
• Present a professional image while representing the organization.
• Deliver a premium customer experience consistent with strong hospitality standards.
• Adapt to changes in schedule and operational needs as required.
• Follow Qatar traffic regulations and internal company policies.
• Keep accurate logs for the vehicle and mileage.
• Handle other transport-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as a chauffeur, executive chauffeur, hotel chauffeur, or luxury hospitality driver.
• Prior exposure to luxury hotels, hospitality settings, executive transport, or private driving services is necessary.
• A valid Qatar driving licence is required.
• Strong familiarity with Qatar roads and traffic rules is essential.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Should be professional, neat in appearance, organized, and punctual.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities are needed.
• Good English communication skills are required; Arabic skills will be considered an advantage.
• Must stay calm, discreet, and composed in demanding situations.
• High standards of integrity, dependability, and confidentiality are expected.
• Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and longer hours when needed.
• Preferred: experience serving executives, senior leaders, or high-profile individuals.
• Preferred: background in luxury hospitality, hotel transport, or limousine services.
• Preferred: defensive driving certification.
• Preferred: familiarity with premium service expectations.
