Vice President - Pricing

About the Role

Elevate Partners is collaborating with a growing leasing platform to recruit a Vice President of Pricing. This senior leadership role involves evaluating and pricing aviation financing transactions by working closely with Origination, Investments, Treasury, and senior management throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and return analysis of new financing deals involving aircraft, engines, and related collateral.
• Create and evaluate transaction models, including debt sizing, cash flow projections, downside scenarios, sensitivities, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Analyze aircraft and engine valuations, lease economics, borrower creditworthiness, and transaction structures to inform investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Origination and Investments teams on deal structuring, commercial terms, and preparation of materials for internal approvals.
• Track market pricing, funding costs, asset values, and trends in aviation to maintain competitive and disciplined underwriting standards.
• Provide guidance to junior Pricing team members and contribute to improving pricing tools, processes, and analytics.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, structured finance, or similar investment roles.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial aircraft economics, asset valuations, and financing mechanisms.
• Excellent commercial judgement with the capability to present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Holds a degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related fields; possessing professional qualifications is a plus.
