Vice President Operations

Position Summary

The Vice President of Operations leads the company's operational strategic framework, system establishment, and daily business management. This role covers overseeing production, supply chain coordination, process enhancements, team leadership, and strengthening operational efficiency to drive the company's sustainable growth and competitive edge in the international jewelry market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medium- and long-term operational strategies and action plans.
• Refine organizational operational systems and business workflows to boost efficiency.
• Guide the ongoing expansion and sustainability of both domestic and international business operations.
• Create and maintain standardized management systems to improve execution effectiveness across the organization.
• Supervise all operational facets including jewelry design, R&D, procurement, production, and delivery cycles.
• Enhance supply chain coordination methods to increase responsiveness and reliability.
• Improve production scheduling, inventory control, and delivery procedures to meet strategic objectives.
• Guarantee product quality, production efficiency, and timely delivery in alignment with corporate goals.
• Evaluate and optimize existing operational processes, implementing improvements accordingly.
• Set up operational data analytics systems to facilitate better decision-making.
• Advance digital management tools and operational platforms to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration among production, supply chain, procurement, sales, product development, and finance to harmonize operational goals.
• Build effective team management structures and nurture operational leadership talent.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to shape strategies that enhance competitiveness and resource use.
• Support the company's growth and international market penetration efforts.
• Identify operational risks, establish mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deploy emergency response systems to sustain stable operations.

Required Qualifications

• 20 to 25 years of experience in operations management or closely related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years in senior operations management positions such as Director or higher.
• Preference for candidates familiar with operational practices within jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or premium consumer products industries.
• Experience managing global supply chains, production processes, or international operations is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional skills in strategic planning, operation oversight, leadership, and execution.
