UX/UI Designer (Multidisciplinary) - Remote Contract

Role Overview

This position is for a multidisciplinary design professional to undertake a contract role involving remote work. Compensation ranges from $15 to $40 per hour, with a weekly commitment between 10 and 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve design interview content emphasizing visual aesthetics and UX/UI standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated design assets for quality, usability, and compliance with contemporary design principles.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance layout structure, visual hierarchy, and user experience.
• Work closely with AI training teams to align outcomes with current industry trends and benchmarks.
• Utilize comprehensive design expertise to support enhancement of AI design tools in practical applications.
• Promote user-focused design methodologies and maintain consistent branding across all reviewed materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven multidisciplinary design experience supported by a strong portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of typography, layout, and fundamental visual design concepts.
• Proficiency in design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and implementing user-centered design workflows.
• Capability to evaluate and develop branding and visual identity components.
