Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to lead all design efforts for the KREWE.com platform. This role encompasses both user experience and user interface design, focusing on understanding user behaviors, designing user journeys, and implementing brand-aligned and functional design solutions. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of E-commerce and collaborates closely with the Art Director and development teams to ensure a consistent, user-centered design approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and user interactions.
- Design responsive layouts that deliver excellent user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Identify and resolve UX challenges with scalable solutions on digital platforms.
- Plan and execute usability tests, refining designs based on user feedback.
- Analyze site and consumer data regularly to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with design, development, brand, and marketing teams to align project goals, technical constraints, and brand vision.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design systems to ensure uniformity and evolution of design application.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in UI/UX design with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing user-focused projects.
- Advanced knowledge of design standards for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Expertise in design and prototyping software, especially Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to interpret A/B testing results, conversion metrics, heat maps, and user flow data.
- Outstanding visual design capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML and CSS is highly advantageous.
- Experience with animation or motion design is a plus.
