UX Designer

Role Overview

Chroma X is hiring a UX Designer to join a collaborative design team in Washington County, Oregon. The role suits someone who is open-minded, analytical, and comfortable working closely with both designers and developers. Strong proficiency in Sketch or Figma is essential, while experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and InVision/Craft is helpful but not mandatory.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will contribute to UX work across client projects and internal products, taking part in ongoing idea exchange with specialists and colleagues. The team values shared problem-solving, constructive discussion, and practical design decisions aimed at delivering high-quality outcomes.

Typical UX methods used in the team include user research, personas, journey maps, user flows, interaction design, and wireframing. The working style is agile and organized, with an emphasis on structured execution.
