UX Designer / Motion Designer

Role Overview

This part-time remote position focuses on delivering user-centric digital designs and interactive interfaces that enhance Alışan Den Hartogh Türkiye's logistics services and internal platforms. The candidate will engage in user research, wireframe and prototype development, and production of visual and motion elements such as animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to guide design strategy.
• Creating wireframes and prototypes that represent interactive flows and user experience concepts.
• Designing visual assets and motion graphics for web and mobile environments.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions aligned with company branding and design guidelines.
• Preparing comprehensive design documentation and providing finalized assets for development deployment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability to apply Design Thinking and UX methodologies to achieve user-centered designs.
• Strong visual design competencies focusing on layout, typography, color theory, and motion design elements.
• Proficient with prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive and animated concepts.
• Technical expertise in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and After Effects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills suitable for remote, cross-functional collaboration.
• Possession of a relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Motion Design, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
• Experience working within B2B, industrial, or logistics digital product environments is preferred but not mandatory.
