Experience and Skills Required

• 2 to 9 years of experience in international voice or inbound BPO environments
• Exceptional verbal English proficiency
• Expertise in query resolution, escalation management, and adhering to service level agreements

Shift and Availability

Applicants must be prepared to work 24/7 rotational shifts aligned with US time zones.
