Role Overview
This position involves managing a designated territory in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, focusing on driving secondary sales through retailer and stockist engagement. The candidate will be responsible for appointing retailers, conducting market surveys, and fostering collaborations with contractors and masons to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage at least two stockists by overseeing appointments of 20-30 retailers each within the assigned area.
- Conduct thorough market analysis by visiting every retail counter across the city.
- Boost secondary sales by building strong relationships with retailers.
- Identify potential sales opportunities by visiting raw material sites such as Kothi, House, and IHB locations.
- Collaborate closely with contractors and masons to support sales activities.
- Generate sales directly from retailer-associated sites.
- Organize sample distributions and live product demonstrations at various sites.
- Plan and execute in-shop meetings and promotional events to enhance product visibility.
- Effectively communicate promotional schemes to contractors and masons.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with stockists and retailers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
