Role overview
KAYRA DESIGN STUDIO is hiring a Transport In-Charge in Dubai to oversee vehicle operations, driver coordination, and day-to-day logistics support for project deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the company’s vehicles, drivers, and transportation scheduling.
- Coordinate and track timely delivery of materials to different project locations.
- Keep an eye on fuel usage, vehicle upkeep, and compliance with RTA requirements.
- Update transport logs and prepare fleet performance summaries.
- Plan better routes to reduce operational expenses and avoid unnecessary delays.
Qualifications and skills
- A diploma or degree in Logistics or Transport Management is preferred.
- Applicants should have at least 3 years of UAE experience in fleet and transport operations.
- Working knowledge of RTA regulations and Dubai road routes is required.
- Strong planning, coordination, and team leadership abilities are important.
Compensation and benefits
Pay will be aligned with prevailing market standards. The role also includes a transport allowance and performance-based incentives.
