Position Overview

This Trainer role, located in Coimbatore, involves a hybrid work schedule combining onsite and remote activities. The individual will be responsible for creating, facilitating, and assessing training programs that improve learners' professional communication, soft skills, and technical competencies. Responsibilities also include providing tailored feedback, career coaching, conducting mock interviews, and preparing participants for workplace integration. Collaboration with academic institutions, corporate partners, and individual learners is key to ensure effective knowledge transfer and positive learning experiences.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Soft Skills training covering communication, interpersonal abilities, attitude cultivation, and readiness for professional environments.
• Experience in Career Development initiatives, such as crafting resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, preparing for interviews, and enhancing presentation capabilities.
• Technical proficiency in programming languages and platforms including Python, Java, SQL, and Power BI among others.
• Solid skills in Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, including quantitative aptitude, critical analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong command of Verbal Ability and language proficiency, focusing on grammar, professional English communication, and fluency.
• Excellent facilitation and adaptability skills to effectively engage diverse learner groups with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related technical discipline; previous experience in a training role is preferred.
• Competency in utilizing online training tools and managing hybrid training formats efficiently.
