Job description
Position Summary
Become a valued member of Scotland's foremost traffic management team located in Lockerbie DG11 3LP. This role requires holding a full UK driving license with no more than six penalty points to qualify.

Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts balancing work and life, featuring three patterns:
- Twelve consecutive working days followed by two days off (including weekends)
- Six days on work schedule with one day off thereafter
- Part-time over four days, with shifts spanning Saturday to Tuesday or Thursday to Sunday
- Night shifts also available for high-speed operative positions requiring specialized 12AB Lantra certification.

Role Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining effective traffic control measures
- Safely directing vehicles during roadworks, public events, and emergency situations
- Cooperating with team members and clients to ensure seamless daily operations

Candidate Requirements
- Authorization to work legally within the United Kingdom
- Ability to adapt to specified shift patterns
- Possession of a full UK driving license held for over 10 months with fewer than six penalty points
- Residence within approximately 40 minutes driving proximity to the company depot
- Possession of relevant traffic management certifications such as Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2 is advantageous but not mandatory
