Responsibilities

• Work independently managing your own termite service route, representing Northwest in your community by protecting homes, businesses, and families.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments accurately and safely.
• Handle customer issues promptly and anticipate future needs.
• Communicate consistently with customers to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and management teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Apply pest control products following label instructions carefully.
• Prioritize safety when using company equipment and operating vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• No prior exterminating experience necessary; training provided.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to acquire the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days of hiring (company-sponsored).
• Ability to work independently in the field and efficiently manage route assignments.
• Physical capability to climb ladders up to 32 feet, safely lift up to 50 pounds, and operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions and accessing crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
